Hi
I am looking to buy rooflights from a site that is offering a choice of different brands that all seen to be what I want. Is there something particular or specific brands that I should look for or just go for the cheapest?
Thanks

Very difficult to really know what you are asking. If you have a brand in mind, perhaps best to say what it is if you want opinions on it.

I bought velux blinds from the velux online shop at a decent Black Friday discount (16 percent). So it might be worth looking out for sales there.1

I've always stuck with Velux for pitched rooflights, but shop around for the best price online.https://www.building-supplies-online.co.uk/ usually comes good for me.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

WHat trade do people get to fit these please? Im after a sun tunnel, but unsure if it would be a roofer or not.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

You would need a roofer for the roofing bit, definitely. And then a carpenter or general builder for the ceiling work.davemorton said:WHat trade do people get to fit these please? For example a brand name Brett Martin is the cheapest and has a laminated inner pane which I understand is a good idea, is there s reason i a should avoid this one? I'm just after a flat rooflight for a flat roof. The site I'm looking at is rooflights-skylights.co.uktheonlywayisup said:Very difficult to really know what you are asking.
