In addition to the great service I received when getting a new phone on a cracking deal with them 6 months ago.
Back then everything arrived perfectly, all details were correct.
The free x-box 360 turned up within 28 days as promised.
Yesterday at 2pm I posted off my 1st cashback request.
Today at 2pm i received an e-mail and a txt seconds apart advising that it has been approved and a cheque on its way.
In a world of dodgy reputation mobile phone suppliers, these guys are amazing.
Must be about 5 or 6 times in a row they have been faultless.

I brought a mobile phone from Dail a Phone last Sept. It was a PAYGphone locked to Vodafone, I wanted to switch to O2 so I called Vodafone to get the handset unlocked. I tried 3 times to get it unlocked bt each time vodafone kept saying this was an imported handset, and that they were unablt to unlock it.
To get to speak to an adviser, I had to call the sales hot line to get through to a real person. Once I got through I was greeted by, a what I can only describe as a complete idiot, who kept telling me he could do nothing about my problem. I told them I had spoken to Trading Standards etc, eventually I was told to return my handset for a refund, which I did. As of yet I am still waiting for the refund 9 days later.
This is only a shortened version of events.
I have ran Dail a phone regarding my refund and was told it would take another 2 weeks. Trading Standards have now got involved.
Totally USELESS Company, Dial a phone don't have a customer service it's an automated service theat just keep sending you round in circles, and when you do speak to these idiots they give you a wrong name, so when you call back no one has ever heard of the person you're asking to speak to.
TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH>0
