So to give false information in the hope of paying less then you are legally required to... isn't that the definition of Fraud?0

Any reasonable supplier would accept a photograph of your meter reading to verify the lower usage, er even send a meter reader.Brie said:One of the reasons I moved from Bulb was the fact they wouldn't accept that our electricity use had dropped significantly.
