Hi. Thanks for replying. OFGEM said the company is responsible for paying me. That was the helpline I called. The administrators would deal with debt, not refunds. Compalint opened now.0

Yup. I'd moved away from Igloo to Avro, before Igloo caved. I received a Cheque from Eon Next for my old Igloo balance.
Was never Eon Next's customer, but it was them that sent it.1 -
Hi I am in the same situation. The final bill form Symbio was wrong about £170 they owe me. But i am getting no where with EON next they will not acknowledge that they are responsible. They will not except my compliant . What do i do know? Did you get any further?
