Is there anywhere that compares energy prices by kwh , I am with E-on at the moment , but have just had solar panels and battery storage fitted so am looking at SEG payments and it looks like Octopus do a good deal for that , but not sure about their gas and electric prices

Octopus will only agree to SEG if you can provide them with a copy of the MCS Certificate and DNO approval for your installation. It will then apply to your DNO for an import MPAN for your smart meter (also a requirement). Octopus currently pays 7.5p/kWh for consumers on standard tariffs. I've got all the certificates and DNO approval , the company I used for the panels were extremely good at sorting everything out
