buy products from eu company, product guarantee？ 14 days return?

I found a website which is a company registered in eu country, they has sale office and warehouse in UK, but not UK Registered.
If I buy the products from this website, how about guarantee? If It run into trouble, it seemed not easy to deal with?

There are no automatic guarantees, you have to check with the company you purchase from. With regards Consumer Rights, if you are buying for a company (you are on the small biz board) then CR don't apply.1
