New kitchen and bathroom cost

I’m very aware this is a ‘how longs a piece of string’ question but with increase in cost of labour and materials Im trying to gauge a rough idea of what these would be for cheap- middle range kitchen and bathrooms. I’m happy to tear the existing kitchen out myself but don’t really have skills beyond that.
Edit- I’m in North West England

My Mum has just had her average size bathroom ripped out and re done and it was £6500 all in.
We are getting a new kitchen from Wren and it's their highest range and quartz worktop at roughly £10,000 without fitting. You can get for a lot cheaper too though.
I'm in Scotland.
Hope that helps.1 -
Thanks. I’m in the northwest. Budgeting 23k for total kitchen and bathroom redo, inc flooring. But changing position of bath/ sinks/ cooker. Hoping 23k will cover most unforeseen things0
