Do you have a normal light switch or a dimmer type (or even a smart switch) ?

"nuisance glow" of an LED bulb can be caused by the routes that your house wiring takes, if the lighting circuit cables are running parallel to any other circuits that have either a current or a voltage in them then you will get either induced voltage which can affect the bulb,  or even without any current the wiring can form a basic capacitor and tiny currents can effect the LED bulb, depending on the bulb, some are very sensitive, some are not.
so it may be wired ok, I can't say for sure. do they light up to full brightness when you turn the switch on?
from the picture, it looks to be wired correctly (apart from that screwit/thimble you have on the earths)
