Holiday Refund

In 2020 Was going on a hen party to Benidorm due to the covid lock down it was cancelled. Was given our  money back for accommodation but had to go to airplane company for there refund   after months of waiting we got it .  now 2years on and the L.O.B travel company have sent me an email saying I was over paid. And are useing the card payment on file to 
take it. But I check on my bank only what I paid out they paid in. I can’t believe they are doing it

If you can't believe it, you need to speak to them so that you can understand the transactions and find out where the issue lies.

If you used a third party travel firm, then it's probably their fees.

Even if you didn't use a third party, there's a chance that only taxes may be refundable if the flight went.

With a third party, there may be fees even if it didn't go.
