Raisin Customer Service

Is it just me, or is it acceptable for any service provider to state that they will deal with your issue "as quickly as possible" whilst saying they are receiving so many new orders this may take some time? A week after sending details to change my nominated bank account Raisin have not processed the change and are meanwhile sitting on the money from a matured savings product that I cannot access. Accepting that I could have thought to change the account details earlier, I find it unacceptable that they are promoting the service to new customers and allowing the new business to block access to funds belonging to existing accounts. In this case "as quickly as possible" could be months! Needless to say, I am unlikely to reinvest the money within Raisin once I finally get my hands on it.
