Has anyone used DIY Kitchen's in Pontefract West Yorkshire?
If so what was your experience like?

Lots of people on here, with good feedback.I've been up to their factory, and it was everything you'd hope it would be. I don't question the quality at all.I haven't purchased from them as I found that the back and forth in communication was terrible. After asking a few relatively simple questions (given that I have already designed an awful lot of kitchens!) and having to go back to the bottom of the queue each time I replied, I gave up after about 10 days of waiting days at a time for simple replies.Since then, I have been know to price it up at DIY kitchens and get Howdens to price match it 😬. Howdens is incredible convenient. My own kitchen I did through https://www.kitchensandbedroomsfordiy.com/ as they are more local to me and offered the exact worktop that I was looking for a lot cheaper than the Central London showroom I saw it in!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

They get regular recommendations here, and seem to be quite popular with some of the posters.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.2 -
I used and recommend them for their kitchen units. Showroom not too far from me, so we went for a look around first.
Only problem we had was, they didn't tell us exactly when it was arriving the week of our booked delivery. (A text one hour before, from the driver was all we got, and they wanted us to help unload!)
The lack of notifications seems to be a common complaint if you look on Trust Pilot.2 -
Satisfied customer here, though had to pay extra for 2-man delivery in a small van (access issues). My queries were dealt with in a few hours but I understand the waiting time may increase if they are busy. Good after-sales service - they replaced a part my fitter broke with no charge. One drawer front was missing but they sent it to me before I even unpacked and realised it was AWOL.
"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.2 -
Thank you for your replies.
I live in Leicestershire so if I did want to visit there showroom it would be a full day out.
Interested in getting a quote from them and taking it to Howdens, who have a showroom a mile away from me.SPC 0370
