Slow Amazon refund what can I do?

So been using Prime about 3-4 years now, in that time I returned 6 items, 4 faulty, 2 change mind.  First few returns refund as soon as accepted at post office, my previous return came on the 14th day of the return, this return is now past their 14 day time frame, It's actually 16 days now, when I contact them I get palmed off, "oh very sorry I will process that now you will get notification shortly" you never do. Apparently they can't actually process a refund manually until after 14 days, they tell me they are doing it but never do.  The item by the way was a smart watch with a heart rate sensor that didn't work, it was actually returned same day it was delivered.  What do I do?
