Landlord power to remove a tenant

I currently live in a house of multiple occupancy. Can the landlord or letting agents have me removed from the property for having a untidy communal lounge. I’m talking a few bags and coats and things on the kitchen table? Was not affecting health and safety. Housemates have no complaints.

Perhaps, but only (without your agreement) by serving valid notice, starting court proceedings, court hearing producing court possession order, expiry of possession e, bailiffs. It says so in Thatcher's 1988 housing act. Probably 6 months +.
Assuming landlord does not live in property and you have an AST.
What notices if any have they served?0 -
Which country are you in?Do you have a fixed term tenancy? Dates? Is your tenancy periodic? What notice have you been served (eg S8 (G12 or 13) in Eng)? What dates on the notice?0
