Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) Praise

Basically, I was meant to be going down to Wimbledon to watch a show last weekend (and do other stuff in London).  But Storm Eunice put paid to that, as all the trains were cancelled.  Thankfully the Hotel and Warner Bros. Studio Tour I booked were fairly easy to reschedule.  But I was reading ATG terms on their page, and it said weather doesn't warrant a refund.  But I rang them up the morning of the Saturday I was due to go, and they agreed to refund no squabble (-£3 admin charge.)
Thankfully I have found another showing of the musical just as easy to get by train, in April.
