I’ve lived in a council house all my life I’m now registered fully disabled and 65 yr in a couple of weeks. My husband is saying he is going to leave me and get his name of joint tenancy. Does any one know can or will council make me move . It’s making me so stressed

They can't MAKE you move. Assuming you are not under-occupying the property, then if your husband is happy to move out, then just get the tenancy in your own name. Where is your husband planning on going?
Issues are usually when a couple split up and BOTH want to stay.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Please edit your title to something more descriptive. Every post wants advice of some sort and giving it a proper title will attract the attention of the posters most likely to be able to help.Thanks.5
