Plumbing problem

Hello, I have a plumbing problem and would appreciate the advice of fellow MSE'ers.I'll try and be as brief as possible but after recently having a bathroom suite fitted by an awful plumber, the hole he made in the wall for the toilet waste pipe to exit was too big. Therefore I now have a gap of about 1.5/2 inches all the way around the pipe. Other than using expanding foam/filler etc, is there some sort of flexible collar that will fit around the pipe and butt up to the wall concealing this gap ?I have seen a similar type of collar fitted in our other bathroom but have not been able to find such an item in local DIY shops etc. I need something 'flexible' as I would prefer to do this with the pipe in situ rather than disconnecting the toilet and thus needing to find another plumber !!!Any advice would be much appreciated.thanks

There are rubber flexible top hat things you can get for a boiler flue outlet penetrating an external wall, i'm not sure they come in 4" but its certainly something to consider

recently having a bathroom suite fitted by an awful plumber,
Better to fill around the inside with plaster, {stuff damp newspapers in the gap first } if it's a cavity wall , the outside will also require sealing , or next year, the little guys with the stripy jumpers could build a nest, WASPS.0 -
Thanks guys. Anyone know what the technical term for these 'top hat' things is ? and where I can get one from ?BTW it is a cavity wall but the plumber did actually seal the outer wall, so I've just got the draught from the cavity blowing in !! thanks0
