Valuation has incorrect details - already got mortgage offer does it matter?

I recently got a mortgage offer on a property. I was sent the valuation report. It has incorrect details about the property. The year of construction is wrong and also wrong in the number of floors in the building.
It also states my property is two levels when it is only one, has a garage when it doesn't, claims it is a freehold when it is a leasehold.
The lender have already agreed to lend me the money. Does this matter?

It will matter if your solicitor has a copy and queries it with the lender.2

of course it matters .. sort it now before you go further on1

That’s what I suspect will happen now as I have raised it with the solicitors.user1977 said:It will matter if your solicitor has a copy and queries it with the lender.0 -
Get it corrected now. If its discovered to be wrong at the last minute you risk throwing massive delays into the process and frustrating the rest any chain at the same time.1

Yes but I was just worried the offer would be pulled. How binding is binding if the valuation had errors! although they were supplied by the bank themselves.jst1986 said:Get it corrected now. If there was one minor detail incorrect, it probably wouldn't make a difference. But that sounds like you've got completely the wrong report.1

My assumption is that they did a desktop valuation and looked at the wrong property!Semple said:If there was one minor detail incorrect, it probably wouldn't make a difference. But that sounds like you've got completely the wrong report.0
