Competition Rules

1. Competitions can be entered on submission of name, email and phone details.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

4. The deadline for receiving entries will be included in the competition details. Competitions must be entered via the relevant page on the MrandMrs50Plus.com site. Winners are selected randomly using Random.org to select the entrant number(s). Results will be announced by email and posted on our Winners page.
5. Prizewinners must supply MrandMrs50Plus.com with their correct postal address and contact telephone number on request after the draw is made to allow shipment of the prize.
6. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
7. There will be no cash alternatives. Competition prizes may be replaced by a similar prize of equal or greater value by the prize provider if deemed necessary.
8. Players must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
9. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of MrandMrs50Plus.com, nor any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation, sponsorship or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
10. The Editor’s decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. MrandMrs50Plus.com competitions are promotions for and on behalf of 3rd party prize providers. Any prizes won will be sent directly by the prize provider. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of any prizes won. MrandMrs50Plus.com will assist where necessary when prizes have not been delivered within the specified 28 days.
