Please can someone help clarify if the letting agents should be checked by law? As they are entering family homes etc, thank you

    Do you mean does the law currently require it? No.
    Or do you mean the law should be changed to require it? Some might say yes, some would not.

    I am a landlord. I also enter family homes. I know any number of tradesmen. They enter homes. Where does it end?

    Having said that, the agents should not be coming round without notice, except in emergency.
