WOW your gas usage is incredibly high for a small 1 bed flat..

We're a couple, early 70s at home all day, in a 4 bed bungalow (1860 sq ft). Heating set @ 20.5 on timer between 08.30 - 10.30 and 16.00 - 21.30, though rarely on throughout those hours. Our est ann Elec usage is 2850, Gas 23905

You say the Gas est 26321 is correct. Based on what?
Is it possibly based on previous owner's usage?

What have you actually used since you bought the property, over what period?

That works out at about 22 kWh per day, which if you used the same every day for a year would be a total of about 8,000 kWh. In practice you'd use less hearing in summer of course! If that period is representative of your normal winter usage then the 26,000 kWh figure is definitely not a good estimate.
