I have Plusnet broadband and received an email saying if I joined their mobile I could get 7gb and a 20.00 reward card. I phoned them today and was told they don't do reward cards, I also only have 6gb. I don't know what to do now and would like to go back to Sky who I never had any trouble with, is there  anyone who can help me pls and tell me what to do next as I get very confused talking to people on the phone who obviously know more than me!  many thanks .

Yes they do but not all the time.

Quite a number of people comment on their community forum about not receiving them when one is included as part of a deal.

They don't appear to be offering one at the moment. Did you quote the e-mail to whomever you spke to?

Hi I called via the link above, but they have no record of me. thanks for your help anyway.

I did say I had an email with the offer on when I spoke to plusnet. I will try and find the email address and complain that way.
