How to get a password from Shell Energy?

I have tried many ways and many times to access my account with Shell Energy but all roads lead back to the login page where a password is required. Clicking on the various reset buttons brings no response.  Is there a way I can contact them that is not through the virtual assistant, who only sends me back to the login page?
Has anyone else had the same problem?

You have to give them a password. Click the "register" (or similar) button to set that up.

When I moved house last year, Shell was the incumbent supplier at my new address. From memory when I called them to provide my opening meter readings (they don't let you provide these online annoyingly as they want you to go through their salespeople and lock you into a tariff for energy + broadband), they opened an online account for me at the same time and I could then reset the password in order to gain access - might be worth a call if you can't manage getting them on live chat?
