Reassure/(was) Legal and General with profits endowment. Cash in or wait?

I have a with profits endowment policy with Reassure. It was previously a Legal and General endowment. I took it out in 1999 for £42260 which includes death or critical illness cover. It has a current value of £26555. I am wondering whether to cash it in now or wait until it matures in 2024? Will it receive a termination bonus if I let it run to the end? If so how much will it be roughly?
