Avro to Octopus, still waiting for account to go live

It is now 5 months since I attempted a switch from People's Energy to Avro and the subsequent pick up by Octopus. My People's Energy account had a £175 credit and Avro took 3 direct debits totalling £810 between October and November. As advised at the time I have been patiently waiting for all outstanding matters to be settled. How much longer will I be waiting. I have an Octopus account and and a current tariff, I have submitted meter readings but still no idea of my actual energy bills. Any insights on next steps?
