I'm having a lot of issues with Scotish power

I tried changing to Simplicity in 2019 for gas and electricity.  Electricity was done, but for gas, Scottish power were totally incompetent.

Scottish power now want to know what the Cauliflower 19 tariffs were.   Yes, a big company can't get this.  I know I can't get it.  All simplicity information has been deleted from the web after they liquidated.  Ofgem doesn't seem to hold tariff information.  (wow!).

Does anyone have the tariff information for simplicity from 2019?

    If you were planning on switching do you not still have an emailed quote from them somewhere which would have featured the tariff prices?
