EDF slow to credit my former UP account

I switched from UP to OFM in July 2021 just before UP failed in September 2021. I had a credit with UP of £227 which according to the OFGEM/EDF website is the responsibility of EDF to pay me. I am getting the run-around from EDF to get this money, all dcumented on e-mails. Anyone else?

Unfortunately, it's the wrong one: this is for LPG, Heating Oil, Solid & Other Fuels.

Try re-posting in Energy, where you'll get more replies.

Also be aware that you're not alone, and that chasing EDF is unlikely to speed anything up. As EDF says:

If you left to join another supplier (either before or after 18th September 2021) and have received your final closing account statement, any monies owed will be refunded to you via cheque. This will take some time, so please bear with us - there is nothing you need to do.
