Garage partial conversion

Hi has anyone had done or know around about costs of what converting a third of the garage to a utility room and a toilet?
We want to take the width ( 2.5) and about another 2m length and install a toilet and washing machine in the room along with a fridge freezer.
The garage is attached to the house and has a doorway in from the hallway, also the stairs is right next to the garage and my thought was to have a door in that way?
Just wondering what around about cost would be.
There’s no window requirement, and the space is at the back of the garage.
The boiler is at the back and there is electricity in the garage already.
