Gatwick South Terminal Drive Through Penalty Charge

I went for a Covid test at Gatwick South and took the wrong turn through the tunnel, I have moved and sold the car. I recently picked up mail from my previous address, I emailed to appeal as South Terminal was closed at the time. The below is the reply I received, does anyone know how I should reply to the below email?

Was it a penalty charge from a council/police/authority, or was it a parking charge notice from a private parking company?
If the former, then I suggest you take this over to our friends on pepipoo.com as they are the experts in those matters.
You will need to register there with a non-hotmail email address.
If the latter, then we will need to know the name of the PPC and what was put in the initial appeal, and what happened since, once you have read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.I married my cousin. It was a private parking company NCP, but it is now with BW Legal as I had moved address.0

You need to send a Data Rectification Notice to the parking company (use dataprotection@ncp.co.uk) and advise them of your new address for service, require them to inform all and any of their sub-contractors and agents and to ERASE your old data. You will have to send a proof of ID and address but NOT photo ID such as passport or driving licence.1
