Money Savings Expert £25 promotion for Raisin

Seeing the link through MSE to open a Raisin account my wife and I both opened accounts but nothing showed regarding the £25 promotion. On phoning Raisin received an apology and was told it would be credited manually. A few weeks on and nothing. Raisin don't reply to emails. Anyone else having this problem?

I have just opened a raisin account using mse25 code, I was led to believe it was for a £50 bonus according to mse website but raisin have told me its only £25...who is correct

Probably should be on its own thread. But have you deposited the £10k and sent the email?

MSE from may 25 has the above but worded differently but explains 25 cashback for the initial deposit and a further 25 for emailing them.

I imagine the ts and C's state a timescale for them to pay cash back

I opened an account with Raisin on the morning of 5th September 2022 using the code MSE25 and was led to believe I would receive £25 and £30
Up to now (23rd September) I have only received £25 partner bonus from Raisin instead of the £30 stated. does anyone know when I should receive the £25 from MSE please?

I can now reveal that I received the full £55 into my Raisin account on the 23rd September. I thought the £25 was coming from MSE and would go into my nominated account and not my Raisin account, but apparently not.
