    Does deprivation of assets not come into this at any time?  A genuine question, I dont know, and am not suggesting it does.

    OP is in her early 50s and owns her own home, so, unless there is any known/likely need for care in the foreseeable future, I doubt any LA would be looking at Deprivation of Assets.
