just using this site to prepare my defence but just wanted to know if anyone has won the courtcase who used this forum?I havnt read anyones post that states they have won except the cases that were in the media.  PPl post about winning the appeal and the process before court, but not the ones that have actually a court case
Not being critical, i absolutely love this forum everyone always helping and it could be ppl dont post once they have won in court?

  • Yes of course people win. Not everyone comes back to report on their win to help others unfortunately.

I dont think that you are reading enough posts !
  • have won 2 personal cases- 1 travel firm paid out 'to save them further expense of attending court' blah blah..   the other i had written off as a lost cause, but then i got a payment out of the blue, about a year later!
Long time comper, lapsed MSE'er. Have done a bit of banking, telecoms in my past..
  • I would have won but the PPC backed out and then tried the same with someone else and got spanked in court. When cases are defended properly they rarely win.
  • Search the forum for  ' Another one bites the dust '

Also, the O.P. should realise that very many cases are discontinued by the PPC just before Court. So technically not a Court win, but a successful fight nevertheless.

I think your sayings are lost on this OP
  • Maybe, but Yogi Bear liked it
  • Yes, loads of people win and loads of legals fail and get spanked.in court or they realise their claim was in the mickey mouse spectrum and discontinue.
