Too late to contact TS (even if you could) and contacting the police would not get any money back even if SH were still trading

Trading Standards and the police don't run financial compensation schemes.

When you lend your money to a small unregulated business there is an inherent risk of not getting it back. Unfortunately the only realistic option is to wait for the administrators. Standard procedure in this situation is to write off the loan and treat any return as a bonus.
