    If your supplier puts up the prices whilst still under contract, can you switch supplier at that point without incurring any early termination fees?

    Yes - they will send you correspondence of the price increase and in that there will be a (very small) part that will say that due to them changing their terms and conditions you can terminate your supply agreement by contacting them by a specific date.
    I have known people to get out of broadband contracts in the past too by doing this where they would normally be charged early termination fees.

    We're with Electric Ireland and they're going up AGAIN at the end of the month.

    We have the option to move.  Worth doing so or are they all going up anyway?
