in Credit cards
I've recently signed up to Barclay Card as they now call their CC.
Online I've signed up to 'paper statements.' and checked that this is the case.
How long before the payment date should I get my paper bill, please?
I'm with Barclay's Premier and have been ever since I can recall and get paper statements every month on/about the 10th of every month.
The CC payment is due on the 6th I think.
The card I had before the cc with Captial One the statements arrived about 2.5 weeks before the payment date.
Thanks as always.

They will issue the statement a fixed date before your due date but with covid / post delays / fraud and given the availability of modern technology, it really is a risk to require them to send you postal copies of statements and then pay off the back of that. If you're truly desperate to have them keep chopping down trees and spending money posting the copies then at least set your card up to pay by direct debit in full and/or use the app / online banking to check the statement electronically on the issue date

Your statement will be produced in your statement date
It will then be posted to you - quite a lot of post taking a while to get delivered of course.0 -

Your statement is usually produced on a set day each month then tells your what day you need to pay by E.G direct debit etc0

Check your online BC account. Statements are posted there for printing as pdf files.
In my experience Barclaycard Statements are produced on slightly variable dates with payment due nearly a month later:
eg my February 22 statement is dated 14th and payment is due on 11th March.
January's was dated 17th and due on 11th February.
December dated 14th due 10th Jan.
Paper copies arrive quite quickly, usually - but could take many working days and still be in time to make the payment date.0 -
Paperless is the way to go

Update.
I will always update and apologise for the delay.
We got the letter/statement yesterday. BC posted a week ago but the post woman put it through the wrong letterbox.
The people were on hols and knocked on our door and handed it to me.
Thank you all that tried to help.0
