Your phone but I would be inclined to take iot into one of the local shops that advertise buy/sell/repair - if you make a mess of it then new phone although I have this model and was not expensive. Time for an upgrade

What do you mean by 'top screen'?
Is it a tempered glass screen protector that's stuck on to the screen and the adhesive is coming off? If so you can remove it using a thin piece of card like a business card or coffee shop loyalty card.

Is this the thin flexible screen protector, in which case it can be safely peeled off, or is it the actual thicker screen itself?

If it's the later I would seek the service of someone qualified or if appropriate claim under guarantee.

As already suggested it could be the 'screen protector' which is a sacrificial piece of plastic.

I had a(n) Honor 10 lite and it came with a screen protector already fitted to the screen and also a plastic case in the box so was pretty good value at the time.

It would be easy to assume the plastic screen protector was part of the phone if you didnt know

In that case it definitely sounds like a repair job - as long as the phone itself isnt bent or damaged - I bent a phone once by constantly having it in my back pocket and not always taking it out when I sat down.

Does your local high street have any of those small mobile phone shops - they would probably be able to tell you there and then how much it would be (or phone them)

No recommendation, but a google search shows a few places offer replacement Honor 10 Lite screens for between £60 and £120

You may be able to get a refurbished phone off eBay for a similar cost
