Who is responsible for paying the service and ground rent charges in a rented flat?

Hi...hopefully I'll be completing on my house mid March to a cash buyer and will be renting a 2-bed flat for 12 months while I consider where I want to live and what type of property I want next as I'm down sizing after living in a 4-bed house for the last 30 years. As it will be my first time dipping a toe in the rental world I'm just wondering, would I be responsible for paying the service and ground rent charges or should this be included in my rent? Thanks

Depends if tenancy agreement states you are or not. I would have thought normally not. Tenant fees act etc etc1
