Advice please Curve refund

I cancelled a pre order at Samsung on the 13th. I used Samsung pay+ Curve for the first time to get the 5% cashback for Samsung purchases.

The money still got taken out, I contacted Samsung on Wednesday they said the refund will take 3 to 5 business days, I will get it by Frisay. Still nothing today the 5th day so I phoned up Samsung and they said they issued it their end.

It's not showing on curve and my credit card is still showing the balance (£900+) linked to curve. I tried contacting curve but their support is dire on the online chat, a seemly copy paste reply that wasn't helpful and nothing since to further messages.
