Looks interesting, thankyou for pointing this out. So 2.35% rate for 5 years. Needs 20% deposit as 80% LTV AND savings to reduce interest. I can't for the life of me see where the interest rate is published for the Offset plus friends and family deal is. Maybe someone from Yorkshire who is canny with a £ can help ;-)0
