INCORRECT ENERGY CREDIT

My energy supplier (People's Energy) went bust in September 2021 and my supply was taken over by Scottish/British Gas. For many years, I have always kept my own spreadsheet of my energy usage which usually agrees with my monthly/quarterly bills to within one or two pence. I recently received my Final Statement from People's Energy stating that my Credit Balance was £413.30 whereas, using exactly the same dates and meter readings, my calculation show I should be due £454.09. I cannot contact People's Energy to dispute this amount and Scottish Gas has stated that they cannot do anything but accept the amount supplied to them by People's Energy. I was going to complain to OFGEM but they won't accept complaints regarding a company that has ceased trading. I have emailed energyadvice.scot with details but is there any other course of action I should take>?

Not really, other than tracking down the administrators of PE to dispute the amount.0
