in Parking tickets, fines & parking
I have received a fine for parking . I bought a ticket and displayed. However due to no lighting over the ticket machine all I had was my phone to light the machine. I came back 24 mins late. Cpm said the offence was committed on 8th Feb however it was 9th Feb.  ..I have tried to send an appeal but their email address of appeals.uk-cpm.com which doesn't work. 
Any advise please
