Trying to assist my son aswitched to Shell with £661.00 debt!  Pp requesting £300 . So are they saying he actually owes over £1000. He's has regularly paid by DD up to 31/12/21 to PP.  On estimated readings. Also he's now unsure whether he's been reporting  correct readings and mixing up day and night rates.  PP show he is paying the same rate for night and day. That doesn't seem correct.  He's been using an app, and taking screen shots, but frankly I can't dig deep via these.  Not surehow to proceed and like others asking to pay by 22/2 for 25% off. OK, but what if its incorrect?   Thanks.
