just got this card and wondering if i can transfer the balance from somebody else's card onto it?

actually, is it possible to do a balance transfer from somebody else's credit card to any credit card? i have a mint card too...
and can i get these done online? i hate talking to the customer service people coz they always try and sell you insurance or something as well...0 -
