Help with energy contract

My contract with So energy ends on the 2nd April I currently pay £123 a month for both gas and electricity they have offered 1 year fixed term at £312 and 2 year fixed term contract of £283 should I just let my contract end and let them move me to the variable tariff can anyone advise please

Without more information on unit and SC prices no one can say but the general advice is unless the supplier is giving a particularly good loyalty tariff you should drop onto the capped SVR.

Work out the prices for the yearly usage on the one year and two year fixes and the SVR it could be that the SVR is the cheapest yearly rate at the moment. Do the same again once you know the October rates. I know the SVR is the cheapest option for me after April.Someone please tell me what money is0
