Last minute.com charge discrepancy

Hi there,
I am after some advice having recently read lots and lots of bad reviews for last minute.com I find myself in a discrepancy with my booking.
I had booked a short 3 day break for myself and mum including flights hotel and what I believed to be transfers for £397.00, the confirmation I received from Last minute.com was for the hotel and flights with the total cost £360.00 I queried this and they were adamant they had only charged £360.00 and I did not book transfers. They told me to send evidence that they had charged me more I have sent the evidence although believe this money is lost and not accounted for and no transferred added ( which are £18.00 each return - around the additional money they charged us). Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. It’s the principle of charging additional yet saying they didn’t that I most annoyed about.
