Hi money savers,
My mum's built-in kitchen had a 70:30 fridge freezer, but the freezer was separate from the fridge and was thrown out several years ago when it stopped working. She's been going out to the big chest freezer in the garage but this is down some steps and she recently fell. I can't find a 60cm high integrated (built-in) freezer anywhere! The fridge is still in perfect working order so she doesn't want to just buy a whole 70:30 fridge freezer, just find a new freezer. All the integrated freezers I've found are at least 70cm high. Can anyone help please? I believe that buying a small "table top" freezer won't work, as it's likely to overheat when in a cupboard.
Many thanks!

Perhaps buy a whole second hand
fridge freezer from ebay if she is worried about waste or cost. Then sell/give the lonely fridge away.
If you find exactly what you are looking for, I suspect it will be a fluke. As you're discovering, it's not a standard size. I have never heard of anyone separating the parts of a fridge freezer, it's news to me!What happens when the fridge breaks? You'd have the same problem again.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
