Redundancy payment question

Hiya,
I am in the process of a restructure at work and 99% of the roles are being changed, there is a potential role for me in the new structure so I'm hopeful I will avoid redundancy. However I am planning ahead as my consultation is next week.
My question is about redundancy pay, If I am made redundant the notice period would start on the 19th April and my employment start date was the 24th of the same month. Will the redundancy pay be calculated based on my last day of employment (Giving me an additional weeks pay) or prior to notice?
Thanks

It's termination date or if adding statutory notice to the notice date is later(eg.PILON is given) that date is used.
Work back from that date.0
