The dDriver informed the defendant that they arrived at 5.30am to at the gym and parked the vehicle at in a parking bay which, at the time the driver believed to belong to Pure gym. Later research proved that the parking bay marking was misleading as 1/3rd of lanes were painted in white and 2/3rd in yellow, which would not have been well very visible at 5.30am as it was still dark.
Maybe adjust as above.  However, your paragraph 4 goes on to state that the defence all comes from your own knowledge, which is not true if you are being told the sequence of events by the driver.
Driver and defendant is same person

    2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question but liability is denied.

On the basis that you are defending as driver, you can change "driver" to "defendant".  Where I have edited your text using a strikethrough, it is my intention that you remove that word and substitute it for the one in bold.  Note also that there is a space after a full stop.

Sorry I don't understand the question.
Are you asking for someone to interpret an email you have received? If so, you'll need to show it to us.
