Office 2019 needs reinstalling on same machine

Office Outlook isn’t working well (Outlook Calendar won’t sync properly with iCloud) - we’ve done absolutely everything recommended including repair Office but the problems persist. The issue seems to have occurred since a Windows update. System Restore didn’t help in fact it made things worse and had to be reversed.
So we want to try reinstalling Office again on the same PC it is on. But the card with the Activation Key has gone missing!
I read somewhere that the keys are stored in your MS account. Is that true? If not how can we find our Activation Key?

http://www.office.com - sign in with the email address and password you used to set up your account for Office.

I have been advised elsewhere that the file APLZOD64.dll may allow Outlook 2019 to load the calendar normally. Would someone please be able to advise where am I locate this file.

Google gives a download link, but it's not a Microsoft link so I won't post it.

This post (talking about Outlook 2016) seems to suggest the issue is with your iCloud account on the computer.
