TASTECARD Overcharged for cinema vouchers and not yet refunded from 6th Feb 2022

I recently purchased cinema vouchers from Tastecard for Odeon cinemas.
2 x adult tickets came to a total of £11.50
When I went to book on the Odeon site I was charged an additional £2.95 per person. Not ideal but it still worked out just slightly cheaper than the full price tickets.

However when I checked my bank Tastecard had taken £41.49 from my account.
More than 3x the original £11.50 amount!

I contacted through their website - as it's virtually impossible to contact them any other way - on 6th Feb.
I received a reply advising I would have the difference refunded within 5-7 working days.
It's now 17th Feb - well over the 7 working days later - and I still have no refund.
I've emailed and contacted them again through their website but as yet no response.

Has anyone experienced similar?
Does anyone know if a contact telephone number where you can actually speak to someone?
