    But she already has a mobile phone you said? Why are you thinking it would be an additional mobile and an additional cost beyond the initial purchase? 

    She clearly has internet on her computer given we are talking about online payments so surprised she doesnt have wifi already but in the unlikely event that she doesnt then many ISPs will sent out a free new router with wifi.

    Amazon never seem to bother authenticating my cards after I've used them once. I don't use Amazon Prime Grocery shopping but perhaps that would suit the OP's mother?
